WELCOME TO MARNI POWER
Marni Power Private Limited has been established to develop, construct and operate power projects domestically and internationally. The Company on its own and through subsidiaries is currently developing 16 medium sized power projects with a combined planned installed capacity of 1000 MW, one of the largest portfolios of power generation assets under development in India. Our 16 power projects are planned to be diverse in geographical locations, fuel type, fuel source and off-take, and each project is planned to be strategetically located near an available fuel supply or load center.

The identified project sites are located in Westren India (250 MW), Nothern India (250MW), Southern India (500 MW). They include about 10 Biomass projects, 2 poultry litter based projects, several wind farms and solar farms, gas-fired projects primarily by reserves from the Krishna Godavari Basin ("the KG Basin") off the east-coast of India, and several hydroelectric projects in Arunachal Pradesh and Karnataka. We intend to sell the power generated in these projects under a combination of long-term PPA's to private distribution companies and
industrial consumers.
